Agreement/addendum reservation and occupancy of places in social services centers

Purpose:

Agreements/Addenda for reservation and occupancy of places held by the Social Services Management of Castilla y León with the owners of social care centers for the elderly and people with disabilities located in the territory of the Community of Castilla y León.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR IT?

Natural or legal persons, public or private, registered in the Register of Entities, Services and Centers of a social nature of Castilla y León.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

  • To be the owners of social service centers for the elderly or for people with disabilities, located within the territory of the Autonomous Community of Castile and León, and registered in the Register of Social Service Entities, Services, and Centers of Castile and León.
  • To be up-to-date with compliance with the requirements for providing the services for which the contract is being requested.

What documents do I need?

Application form. If the applicant is a legal entity, the application must be signed by its legal representative.

The following documentation must be submitted with the application if it is not already held by the Social Services Management or cannot be accessed electronically:

  • Copy of the representative's National Identity Document (DNI) and the power of attorney or equivalent document.
  • Proof of registration with the Spanish Tax Agency (IAE).
  • Certification of being up-to-date with tax and Social Security obligations.
  • Copy of the insurance policy.
  • Report.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ASK?

Open permanently.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

  • 3 months from the date of submission of the application.

NOTIFICATIONS:

  • By Postal Mail at the address of the interested party.
  • Electronic notification by appearance, by means of a notice via the e-mail address included in the application. This notice shall not have the effect of a notification until the interested party accesses the content of the notification in the NOTI notification system.

  • Law 16/2010, of December 20, on Social Services of Castile and León.
  • Decree 12/1997, of January 30, regulating the agreed-upon action regarding the reservation and occupancy of places in Social Services Centers for the elderly and people with disabilities.
  • Current Resolution of the Social Services Management of Castile and León, approving the document templates to be completed in relation to the agreed-upon action regarding the reservation and occupancy of places in social services centers.
  • Current Resolution of the Social Services Management, establishing the maximum cost per day per place related to the agreed-upon action regarding the reservation and occupancy of places in social services centers.
  • Resolution of May 25, 2007, of the Social Services Management, determining the staffing levels for centers with which agreements are made (disability). Current standard that establishes the ratio of care centers for the elderly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • The awarding of contracts will depend on budget availability, the characteristics and quality of the services for which the contract is requested, and, as a priority, the urgent needs identified by the Social Services Management that cannot be funded in any other way.   • The initial duration of the contracts will be from the date of their signing until the end of the same calendar year. They may be extended successively for successive calendar years, unless either party gives express written notice of termination one month prior to the initial expiration date or the expiration date of any extension.
  • In the event of a change in the ownership of the center, which is also the holder of the contract under which the center operates, the current owner must simultaneously request, at least one month prior to the date of the change, a change of ownership of the center and a change of ownership of the contract. If the new managing entity is not interested in maintaining the agreement, it will remain in effect with respect to the occupied places, provided that the transfer of the occupants could not be completed before the change takes effect.
  • In the event of the termination of the center's management, the holder of the agreement under which the center operates, they must notify the center's owner and the Social Services Management one month in advance of their termination. The center's owner must simultaneously notify the Social Services Management if they will assume the agreement under the same terms. If the managing entity is not interested in maintaining the agreement, it will remain in effect with respect to the occupied places, provided that the transfer of the occupants could not be completed before the change takes effect.
