Be a party to or have a legitimate interest in the performance of a contract of inland transport or ancillary and complementary activities to it, and have a financial claim arising from its non-performance.

Request on a standard form identifying the parties, facts, claim and means of proof.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ASK?

Open and permanent.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

• 6 months.
• Action for annulment of the award before the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Castilla y León.

NOTIFICATIONS:

• By post at the address of the interested party or at the place indicated by him/her for the purpose of notifications.

• Royal Decree 1211/1990, 28 September 1990, approving the Regulations of the Law on the Ordination of Land Transport.
• Decree 128/1993, of 10 June 1993, of the Junta de Castilla y León, creating the Juntas Arbitrales del Transporte de la C.A. de Castilla y León (Transport Arbitration Boards of the Castilla y León Autonomous Community) and determining their composition and rules of operation.
