Application on a standard form, accompanied by the following documentation:
In the case of an exploration permit (time limit 30 days):
- a) Exploration programme
- b) Health and safety document
- c) Self-protection plan.
- d) Plan for the restoration of the natural area affected by the mining works.
- e) Impact Assessment Report on the Natura 2000 Network, if no environmental impact assessment is required.
In the case of a research permit (60 days):
- a) Definitive designation of the requested land.
- b) Research project, signed by a qualified technician.
- c) Economic study of financing and guarantees offered on its viability.
- d) Document on health and safety.
- e) Self-protection plan.
- f) Plan for the restoration of the natural area affected by the mining works.
- g) Impact Assessment Report on the Natura 2000 Network, if no environmental impact assessment is required.
