- Requirements for the exercise of the activity in the specialities, categories and modalities regulated by the Industrial Safety regulations.
What documents do I need?
- Present the responsible declaration on the official form.
- Have the human and technical resources provided for in the different industrial safety regulations.
- To have an insurance policy to carry out the activity for the minimum amount established in the corresponding regulations.
FEES: The corresponding fee for industry and energy (Code 308.1 Income derived from authorisations, inspections and concessions relating to industrial and energy activity) set out in the
Annual Order approving the publication of the rates of the fees in force must be paid.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Installation or maintenance companies that are already authorised in the Autonomous Community where they have their registered office can operate at national level, but for the purposes of managing and registering installations with the computer applications it is necessary to communicate the data to the Territorial Service of Industry, Commerce and Economy of the province where you are going to start your activity as an installation company, attaching the information on the authorisation in your Community and indicating the installers that authorise your company. The information will be checked in the Ministry's Integrated Industrial Register and the company will be registered together with the installer so that they can enter the RISE application to process the installations. This communication of data can be done through the form for communication of installation-maintenance companies authorised in other Autonomous Communities (section Electronic Processing) addressed to the territorial services, attaching the registration information in your Autonomous Community and the installer's data.
