Purpose:

Enable the labour authority to create the Subcontracting Book, in which the contractor must record, in chronological order from the start of the work, each and every subcontracting carried out on the site with subcontractors and self-employed workers. It is used to control and monitor the subcontracting system.

What documents do I need?

The diligence of authorisation of the Subcontracting Book shall be carried out by the contracting companies through the application enabled for this purpose.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ASK?

Open and permanent.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION::

Five working days from the day after the electronic submission of the application.

NOTIFICATIONS:

Electronic notification by appearance, by means of a notice via the e-mail address included in the application. This notice shall not have the effect of a notification until the interested party accesses the content of the notification in the NOTI notification system.

RESOLUTION of 31 October 2007, of the Directorate General for Labour and Occupational Risk Prevention, by which the centres for the presentation of Subcontracting Books in the Construction Sector are made public for their authorisation by the Labour Authority (BOCyL 14-11-2007 and correction of errors in BOCyL 27-11-2007)

With regard to the Subcontracting Book, the contractor shall:

Have it present on site.
Keep it up to date.
Allow access to the book to:

Promoter, the project management and the health and safety coordinator during the execution of the work.

Companies and self-employed workers on the site.
Prevention technicians.
Prevention delegates and workers' representatives of the companies involved in the work.
Labour Authority and Labour and Social Security Inspection.

1. Through an Application: Authenticate (electronic certificate, DNIe, Cl@veFirma, Educa account, etc.), select the procedure, fill in the required fields and follow the instructions on the screen..
2. By means of an Online PDF Form ( Instructions for carrying out electronic procedures ) by opening the PDF directly with Adobe Acrobat Reader or saving it, filling in the required fields and sending through Electronic Administration Application
3. Via Web Form: Fill in the required fields for each section, click "Review" and make the appropriate corrections, if applicable, and then click on the electronic processing option ("Submit/Send/Save")..
