Declaration of responsibility to act as accredited control bodies in matters of industrial safety (OCAS)

Purpose:

Submit the corresponding RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION or other DOCUMENTATION to act as an Inspection Body (OCA) for the safety conditions of products and industrial facilities, as applicable:

  • Submission of the RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION FOR INDUSTRIAL SAFETY INSPECTION BODIES. To submit the necessary responsible declaration to act as an Inspection Body in matters of Industrial Safety, with Castile and León being the location where the activity begins.
  • COMMUNICATION OF DATA: To submit to the administration any documentation relating to the obligations established in Law 21/1992 on Industry, Law 6/2014, of September 12, on Industry in Castile and León, or Royal Decree 2200/1995, Regulation of the Infrastructure for Quality and Industrial Safety, and its amendments, Royal Decree 338/2010, of March 19, and Royal Decree 2200/1995. 1072/2015, of November 27. Examples: annual activity reports, data updates, modifications to ENAC accreditations, etc

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

The provisions of the following regulations:

  • Law 21/1992, of July 16, on Industry.
  • Law 6/2014, of September 12, on Industry in Castile and León.
  • Royal Decree 2200/1995, of December 28, approving the Regulation on Infrastructure for Quality and Industrial Safety.
  • Royal Decree 338/2010, of March 19, amending the Regulation on Infrastructure for Quality and Industrial Safety, approved by Royal Decree 220/1995, of December 28.
  • Royal Decree 1072/2015, of November 27, amending Royal Decree 2200/1995, of December 28, approving the Regulation on Infrastructure for Quality and Industrial Safety.

What documents do I need?

Model of the RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION addressed to the Director General of Industry, accompanied in each case by the corresponding DOCUMENTATION.

  • Certificate of accreditation for the activity for which the Responsible Declaration is submitted, issued by an accreditation body (ENAC ACCREDITATION).
  • List of inspection personnel operating in Castile and León, indicating name, National Identity Document (DNI), Social Security number, email address, qualifications, date of registration with the entity, workplace to which they belong, and regulatory areas in which they are authorized to operate.
  • List of workplaces in Castile and León.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

  • SUBMISSION OF A RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION TO ACT AS AN INDUSTRIAL SAFETY INSPECTION BODY: Prior to commencing the activity. It authorizes operation throughout the national territory from the moment of submission and indefinitely.
  • DATA COMMUNICATION: Not specified.

NOTIFICATIONS:

  • Electronic notification by appearance, by means of a notice via the e-mail address included in the application. This notice shall not have the effect of a notification until the interested party accesses the content of the notification in the NOTI notification system.

      3. Via Web Form: Fill in the required fields for each section, click "Review" and make the appropriate corrections, if applicable, and then click on the electronic processing option ("Submit/Send/Save")..
