HOW DO I QUALIFY?

It is a service that operates primarily within the scope of the Law on Social Action and Social Services.

What documents do I need?

Application for registration and report in the standardized format, referring to the following service operating rules, which must include:

• Technical organization, indicating the qualifications of the managers and staff, including their full names.
• Conditions of use.
• Users' rights and responsibilities.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ASK?

Open permanently.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

• 45 DAYS from the presentation of all the documents referred to in Article 13 of Decree 109/1993, of May 20, which regulates the authorization, accreditation and registration of entities, services and centers of a social nature in Castilla y León.

NOTIFICATIONS:

• By Postal Mail at the address of the interested party.
• Electronic notification by appearance, by means of a notice via the e-mail address included in the application. This notice shall not have the effect of a notification until the interested party accesses the content of the notification in the NOTI notification system.
