Purpose:

Registration in the Register of Entities, Services and Centers of a social nature, of the entities of a social nature located in the territorial scope of Castilla y León.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

It is an entity that operates primarily within the scope of the Law on Social Action and Social Services.

What documents do I need?

Application form.
Documentation proving representation.
Photocopy of Tax Identification Number.
Articles of Association (except in the case of individuals).
Entity report (attached document, according to the template available on the Electronic Office website).

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ASK?

Open permanently.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

45 DAYS from the presentation of all the documents referred to in Article 8 of Decree 109/1993, of May 20, which regulates the authorization, accreditation and registration of entities, services and centers of a social nature in Castilla y León.

NOTIFICATIONS:

By Postal Mail at the address of the interested party.
Electronic notification by appearance, by means of a notice via the e-mail address included in the application. This notice shall not have the effect of a notification until the interested party accesses the content of the notification in the NOTI notification system.
