Purpose:

Granting authorization to workshops to act on the installation and verification of the operation of speed limiting devices.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR IT?

Companies that meet the conditions established in Royal Decree 1417/2005, of November 25, which regulates the use, installation and verification of the operation of speed limitation devices in certain categories of vehicles.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

Conditions established in Royal Decree 1417/2005, of November 25, which regulates the use, installation, and verification of the operation of speed limiting devices in certain vehicle categories.

What documents do I need?

Registration document in the Register of Industrial Establishments. (Article 11, points 1 and 2.a).
Individual certifications of successful completion of a training course on the installation and testing of speed limiting devices, for two company personnel. (Article 11, point 2.b).
List of technical resources available to the company for the installation and operational testing of speed limiting devices. At a minimum, the company must have the equipment listed in Annex 2 of this Royal Decree.
Insurance policy, guarantee, or surety for a minimum amount of €60,000. (Article 11, point 2.d).

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ASK?

Open permanently.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

3 months

NOTIFICATIONS:

Electronic notification by appearance, by means of a notice via the e-mail address included in the application. This notice shall not have the effect of a notification until the interested party accesses the content of the notification in the NOTI notification system.
