Having material resources (premises, facilities, equipment,…) and human resources (staff with teaching experience and technical knowledge,…) in the specific subjects requested.

What documents do I need?

•    Memoria general de la entidad solicitante en la que se acredite el cumplimiento de los requisitos.

• Memoria del curso.
• Programa del curso.
• Medios materiales del curso.
• Ficha resumen del curso.
• Copia del Seguro de responsabilidad civil.

• Royal Decree 1027/2007, of July 20, approving the Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings (Official State Gazette [BOE] 29-08-2007), amended by Royal Decree 249/2010, of March 5, adapting certain provisions on energy and mining to the provisions of Law 17/2009, of November 23, on free access to and exercise of service activities, and Law 25/2009, of December 22, amending various laws to adapt them to the Law on free access to and exercise of service activities (BOE 18-03-2010).

• Royal Decree 919/2006, of July 28, approving Supplementary Technical Instruction ICG 09 “Gas Installers and Installation Companies” (Official State Gazette, September 4, 2006), amended by Royal Decree 560/2010, of May 7.
• ORDER EYE/1659/2007 of September 21, which regulates the granting of individual qualification certificates, installer cards and gas installation company certificates provided for in instruction ITC-ICG-09 of the Technical Regulation for Distribution and Use of Gaseous Fuels approved by Royal Decree 919/2006, of July 28, and establishes the document models for the processing of gas installations (BOCyL 22-10-2007).

AUTHORIZED ENTITIES FOR TOWER CRANE COURSES:

• Royal Decree 836/2003 of June 27, approving a new Supplementary Technical Instruction “MIE-AEM-2” of the Regulation on Lifting and Handling Equipment, concerning tower cranes for construction and other applications, as well as Annex VI concerning the tower crane operator's license (Official State Gazette, July 17, 2003), as amended by Royal Decree 560/2010 of May 7.

AUTHORIZED ENTITIES FOR FLUORINATED GAS HANDLING COURSES:

• Royal Decree 115/2017, of February 17, regulating the marketing and handling of fluorinated gases and equipment based on them, as well as the certification of professionals who use them, and establishing the technical requirements for facilities that carry out activities emitting fluorinated gases.
