Application for the award of an eco-label

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

To place products (goods and services) originating in Castilla y León on the market for the first time in the Community of Castilla y León.

What documents do I need?

Application form according to the attached model, duly completed and accompanied by the documentation required in each case.

Document accrediting payment of the fee.  The fee for application for the award and use of the eco-label (Code 305.8 ‘Fee for application for the award and use of the eco-label’) set out in the Annual Order approving the publication of the rates of the fees in force must be paid.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ASK?

Open on a permanent basis.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

• 6 MONTHS from the date of submission to the Managing Organ.

NOTIFICATIONS:

• By post at the address of the interested party or at the place indicated for the purpose of notifications.

EFFECT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SILENCE:

Dismissal

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION:

• Decree 89/2009, of 17 December, which determines the competent body and establishes the procedure for the implementation of the revised Community Ecolabel Scheme in the Community of Castilla y León.
• Regulation (EC) No 66/2010 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 November 2009 on the EU Ecolabel.
