Administrative authorisation for the construction of electrical installations

Purpose:

To grant administrative authorisation for the construction of the electrical installations.

Natural or legal person owning an electrical installation.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

Have the legal, technical and economic capacity to carry out the activity.

What documents do I need?

Application on a standard form, accompanied by the following documentation:

  • Execution project
  • Responsible declaration accrediting compliance with the applicable regulations.
  • Separate documents for the Administrations and general interest service companies affected.
  • List of affected individuals with whom there is no prior agreement.
  • Accreditation of payment of the corresponding rate in matters of Industry and energy, in accordance with the provisions of the Annual Order approving the publication of the rates of the fees in force must be paid.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ASK?

That established in the prior administrative authorisation resolution for the installation.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

  • 3 months.

NOTIFICATIONS:

  • By Postal Mail at the address of the interested party.
  • Electronic notification by appearance, by means of a notice via the e-mail address included in the application. This notice shall not have the effect of a notification until the interested party accesses the content of the notification in the NOTI notification system.

    2. By means of an Online PDF Form  ( Instructions for carrying out electronic procedures ) by opening the PDF directly with Adobe Acrobat Reader or saving it, filling in the required fields and sending through  Electronic Administration Application
    3. Via Web Form: Fill in the required fields for each section, click "Review" and make the appropriate corrections, if applicable, and then click on the electronic processing option ("Submit/Send/Save")..
  3. Check the , attach documentation, sign and electronically record all documentation..
  4. Download proof of presentation.
