Permanently open. Before starting to handle fluorinated gases.

DEADLINE FOR RESOLUTION:

• Immediate, from the moment the registration documentation is submitted to the competent body.

NOTIFICATIONS:

• By Postal Mail at the address of the interested party.
• Electronic notification by appearance, by means of a notice via the e-mail address included in the application. This notice shall not have the effect of a notification until the interested party accesses the content of the notification in the NOTI notification system.

FEES:

• The corresponding fee for industry and energy (Code 308.1. ‘Authorizations’) must be paid, as set out in the Annual Order approving the publication of the rates of the fees in force must be paid. .
• For the calculation of the fee, an Application is available that generates the self-assessments to be presented together with the documentation of the file.
• To pay the fee, you must use form 046 for the payment of fees and public prices, either electronically or in person by payment at one of the collaborating Entities that allow payment over the counter.
